Automations started by what customers do in your shop

Aopy automations send messages on their own when something happens: an abandoned cart, a placed order, a contact entering an RFM segment or a birthday. There are over 40 trigger types. Messages can be email or SMS, and a webhook step passes the data on to other applications. You build each flow once and it runs for every customer who triggers it.

What you can do

01Start a flow from a list of over 40 trigger types.
02React to cart, browse and checkout abandonment.
03Send messages at each stage of the order.
04Start a flow when a contact enters an RFM segment.
05Send a message on the customer's birthday and account anniversary.
06Tell the customer when a favorite product gets cheaper or is back in stock.
07Ask for a review once the parcel has been delivered.
08Pass data to another application with a webhook step.

How it works

  1. 01Pick the trigger, for example an abandoned cart.
  2. 02Add the steps of the flow: email, SMS or webhook.
  3. 03Start the flow. Aopy follows the events in your shop and sends the messages.
  4. 04Check the results and adjust the flow.
