Every document above is live at its own address. Link to those addresses instead of copying the text: when we update a document, the website then shows the new version automatically, and nothing out of date stays published.
The Aopy site footer links these documents. Put the same ones in the footer of the website:
https://aopy.com/termshttps://aopy.com/privacyhttps://aopy.com/cookie-policyhttps://aopy.com/dpaThe Aopy signup tick box names these two. Where the website asks for consent (signup or a purchase step), link the same two, and link Section 6 of the Terms with the address below, because it carries the automatic plan changes and no-refund rules:
https://aopy.com/termshttps://aopy.com/privacyhttps://aopy.com/terms#feesThe DPA is not part of the signup tick box. It is accepted inside the app, during onboarding. Link it from the footer; do not add it to the signup tick box.
The cookie banner links the Cookie Policy. Keep that link on any page that shows a cookie banner.
Add ?lang=en or ?lang=ro to any address to fix the language. Without it the page follows the visitor's country (Romania and Moldova see Romanian, everyone else English). English is the canonical text.
Data Deletion and Data Export are request forms, not documents to copy. The SLA is shown as a draft on its own page.
