Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 8 July 2026

1. Our Commitment

Easy Life Tech SRL ("Aopy", "we", "our", "us") is committed to making the Aopy platform, available at app.aopy.com, and our website at aopy.com (together, the "Service") accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.

We are working towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We do not currently claim full conformance with that standard. Improving accessibility is an ongoing part of how we design and build the Service, and this statement will be updated as that work progresses.

We also monitor the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services (the "European Accessibility Act"), as transposed into Romanian law, and the extent to which those requirements apply to the Service.

2. Measures We Take

Accessibility is built into our internal user-interface quality standards. The measures we apply across the Service include:

  • Semantic HTML — meaningful heading structure, landmarks, and list markup so that content can be understood and navigated by assistive technologies;
  • Keyboard operability — interactive controls are designed to be reachable and operable using a keyboard;
  • Visible focus states — keyboard focus is indicated visually so that users navigating without a mouse can see where they are;
  • ARIA labelling — interactive components carry accessible names and roles where native semantics are not sufficient;
  • Color-contrast rules — our design standards include contrast requirements for text and interface elements.

Conformance status: the Service is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the standard.

3. Known Limitations

Despite the measures described above, we are aware that some parts of the Service may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include:

  • Email editor — the drag-and-drop email design canvas may not be fully operable using a keyboard alone, and some editing functions may not be fully exposed to assistive technologies;
  • Complex data views — some analytics dashboards, charts, and large data tables may lack complete text alternatives or fully programmatic structure.

Remediation of these areas is ongoing. If a limitation prevents you from accessing a feature or information, please contact us using the details in the "Feedback and Assistance" section below; where reasonably possible, we will provide the information or assistance you need through an alternative channel.

4. Feedback and Assistance

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the Service. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or if you need information from the Service in an alternative form, please contact us:

To help us respond effectively, please describe the page or feature concerned, the problem you experienced, and, if relevant, the assistive technology and browser you were using. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days.

5. Enforcement Procedure

If you contact us about an accessibility barrier and are not satisfied with our response, you may address your complaint to the competent Romanian authority. In Romania, consumer protection matters — including accessibility of services under the legislation implementing Directive (EU) 2019/882 (the European Accessibility Act) — may be raised with the National Authority for Consumer Protection (Autoritatea Națională pentru Protecția Consumatorilor — ANPC) or with any other authority designated as competent for accessibility enforcement under applicable Romanian law.

Nothing in this statement limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable law.

6. About This Statement

This statement was prepared on the basis of a self-assessment of the Service against the WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria. No independent third-party accessibility audit has been carried out to date.

The date of this statement is the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page. We review this statement periodically and update it as our accessibility work progresses, including when known limitations are remediated or new ones are identified.

7. Language

This Accessibility Statement is made available in English and in Romanian. In the event of any inconsistency or divergence of interpretation between the two versions, the English version prevails.
